Our promise

We don't ask "what's wrong with you?" We ask "what happened, what do you need, and how can we help you build your future?"

Our Mission

The Kickback exists to give young people a safe place to belong, trusted mentors who believe in them, and opportunities to build a future through love, guidance, structure, accountability, and purpose.

What we do

Programs built around real teens, not paperwork.

Eleven connected programs — from tutoring and mentorship to entrepreneurship, wellness, and paid work — designed to meet young people where they are.

Purpose Driven

K.I.C.K.B.A.C.K. is more than a name.

Every letter is a promise to the young people who walk through our doors.

KKnowledge

We equip young people with the practical, emotional, and financial knowledge to navigate life on their terms — not just to survive it, but to lead in it.

IInspires

We inspire teens to see beyond their current circumstances. Exposure, mentors, and real-world experiences show them what's possible when someone believes in them.

CChange

Real change is uncomfortable, honest, and worth it. We create the environment where young people can safely become who they were meant to be.

KKeeps

We keep showing up. Consistency is our loudest promise — every week, every setback, every celebration. We stay.

BBelief

Belief is the first tool we hand a teen. When adults believe out loud, young people start believing in themselves.

AAlive

We keep hope, purpose, and identity alive — especially in the moments when the world tries to convince a teen that theirs is disposable.

CCreating

We are actively building leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, mentors, parents, and neighbors. This is a workshop, not a waiting room.

KKings & Queens

Every teen who walks through our doors is treated as royalty in the making — worthy of dignity, structure, guidance, and a crown that fits their calling.
